What counts as a button view?
A view is counted only when the AskAboutUs button becomes visible—not for every page load.
What happens at the monthly limit?
We warn workspace owners and admins at 80%. At 100%, new button renders pause until the allowance resets or the plan is upgraded.
Can I add more sites?
Each saved site counts toward your plan limit, including sites that are still being configured. Upgrade before adding another site.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. You must delete excess sites before moving to a lower plan.
How does annual usage reset?
Annual plans are billed once a year, but button views reset monthly on the subscription anniversary day.
What if a renewal payment fails?
Paid features continue for seven days while Stripe retries. If payment is still unresolved, live buttons pause and resume automatically after payment succeeds.
Are taxes included?
Displayed prices are in USD and exclude applicable tax. Stripe calculates tax and collects tax IDs during checkout.
What is the refund policy?
Refund requests are reviewed case by case, except where a refund is legally required.
